It is a unique source of senior-level specialty skills and independent research capabilities. KIT provides a rapid channel to a source of capability and insight that can be tapped for internal and external projects as needs arise.
BCT Women's Professional Group (WPG) provides a forum for building next-generation leaders within the company. The WPG provides advice, information exchange, and networking in a supportive environment for open discussion of goals and challenges. We collaborate in building professional capability while working together on community service projects.
Employee WPG SiteOur Program Management Professional (PMP) team shares information, resources, and experience to enable existing PMPs to continue building their skills and assist aspiring PMPs in preparing for the certification exam. By sharing knowledge, we increase PMP capabilities across our team.
The BCT President's Coin is presented to professionals (including BCT staff members, teammates, and customers) who demonstrate excellence in delivering mission, business, or community support. Receiving the coin places the individual in a select group of exceptional individuals and teams that have been recognized for stellar service to the country, the community, or the company and who serve as examples to the entire BCT family.
